On my recent trips to Spain I was introduced to Martin Walker. Martin established a company called Catfish Capers in 1998 providing a guiding service for catfish to the Ebro and the section that we are going to be using during the World Catfish Classic.

Over the past few months Martin has been most helpful in assisting with his local knowledge of the area and highlighting the best areas to use in the event. It is evident from his profound knowledge of the area and the excellent guides that he has working for him he knows how and importantly where to put anglers so they have both an enjoyable time and catch lots of fish. During the event "La Barca" which is a house over looking the river that Martin rents out will be used as Event HQ. This is perfectly located as it is close to Chiprana from where the Opening Parade will take place and adjacent to the Bivvy city where everybody will get together each evening for the Prize giving and Fiesta.
